Who are we?
One Step Cloud is a product of Intratel – an integrating company with experience dating back to 1997. We are experts in the field of security solutions and data availability. We provide, integrate and implement information technologies of leading manufacturers; we are, among others, a VMware partner and Dell Platinum Partner. What is One Step Cloud?
One Step Cloud is a way for flexible use of computing resources without having to buy and maintain your own infrastructure. The resources such as processors, memory, and disk space in One Step Cloud can be used through an easy-to-use portal, easily changing the size and level of resource usage. One Step Cloud also allows you to create a hybrid cloud. In this model, client resources are integrated with the resources of our Data Center. Such integrated resources can be used for safe data processing, running applications, systems, and services owned by the client.
What are the benefits of moving to the cloud?
- Elimination of large one-off costs associated with the purchase of infrastructure and its maintenance.
- Flexibility: the client pays only for the resources they use, allowing for suspensions, e.g., for the night or weekend. Resources can be adjusted every hour.
Is the cloud a suitable solution for me?
Yes, if you want to reconcile data security and cost control. Example: To buy new equipment, you need to spend about 100,000 PLN for servers. Additionally, there are costs of cooling, power, security, and other infrastructure. At OSC, we pay only a part of this cost every month (e.g., PLN 1000 / month), and the supplier handles data security.
Isn't Using Server Leasing Better?
Leasing machines can seem beneficial, but extra costs such as maintenance, monitoring warranties, and service are still incurred. One Step Cloud customers don’t need to worry about these issues.
What if I am not satisfied with your services? Can I withdraw?
You can transfer all your resources to another cloud or install them on your own servers at any time.
What distinguishes us from the competition?
- Location in Poland: Our Data Center is located in Poland and meets high security standards.
- Engineering care: One Step Cloud is backed by Intratel engineers ensuring infrastructure migration and ongoing support.
- Fair rules: We do not limit infrastructure usage or reduce performance to force customers to buy more resources.

What Operating Systems Are Available In Our Cloud?

What do we mean by orchestration? How does it work?
Orchestration is the ability to manage your virtual environment remotely. It allows the simultaneous management of multiple environments and changes to network settings in selected regions.
Virtual Machines
Is One Step Cloud Based on Sharing Physical Servers (DM) or Virtual (VM/VPS)?
One Step Cloud allows you to create a virtual machine based on VMware infrastructure. Dedicated machines are also available.
What is a Dedicated Machine?
A dedicated machine is a physical server with specific parameters not shared with other clients.
What Dedicated Machines Can I Rent?
These mainly include servers with GPUs for demanding calculations, with customizable configurations available through the onestepcloud.pl portal.
Can I Move My Physical Server To One Step Cloud? (Collocation)
Yes, we can place your physical server in our Data Center for continued convenient usage.
Storage
Can I change the capacity of my disks during the month?
You can: add disk capacity. You cannot: reduce disk capacity due to potential data loss. An alternative is to add a new disk and migrate data.
Can I Remove / Add Disks During the Month?
Yes, you can add and remove disks, ensuring data on removed disks is deleted.
What Types of Disks Are Available?
HDD, SSD, SATA backup, tape libraries.
Computing Power
Can I modify the number of CPUs?
Yes, CPUs can be added or subtracted during the month, affecting hourly billing.
Can I modify the size of the RAM during the month? How will it be charged?
Yes, RAM can be adjusted throughout the month, with changes impacting hourly billing.
Backup
Can I configure and manage backups myself?
Backup policies are determined with each client, using tools like Networker or Veeam Cloud Connect, but clients can’t manage backups directly via the portal.
Is there an option for tape backup?
Yes, a tape backup option is available with a capacity of 6 TB, created per client.
Who performs playback? How long does it take?
After contacting HelpDesk, virtual machines can be restored from the last backup for free.
VPN
What VPN is included in the price?
The VPN uses SSL-VPN technology.
What hardware requirements must the customer meet?
A Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system.
Are there VPN limits?
If more than 100 users are needed, options will be evaluated with the client.
Is there a redundant connection between branches?
This can be agreed upon with the client.
Regions / Clusters
Which regions can I choose and what does it matter?
You can select the PL-BIA or USA-Santa Clara Region, which affects data storage fees.
Which clusters can I choose and what does it matter?
Clusters are tailored to user needs for various purposes like data archiving or dedicated Microsoft product usage.
Network
How many IP addresses do we share with users?
One public IP address is shared; additional public IPs can be purchased.
Can I set a reverse DNS record?
No.
